It was 3 games in 5 days for the Minor PeeWee's
Wednesday night at home would be a divisional rival game against the Quinte Red Devils! and what a game it was! From the first puck drop, until the buzzer went to end the game, it was back and forth action! An outstanding game for the boys would see them create lots of great scoring opportunities, and defensively shut the Devils to only 1 goal. This game would find itself ending in a 1-1 tie, an exciting one to watch!
Saturday and Sunday was a road trip weekend to face off against the York Simcoe express on Saturday, and the Whitby Wildcats on Sunday.
Saturday's game would end in a 5-1 loss against the Express. The score was non reflective of the boys play, as they played well against one of the leagues top teams, they created some good scoring chances during the game but could only find the back of the net for one.
Sunday against the Wildcats would be a game of similar fashion, some really great scoring chances again for the boys but they could only capitalize on 1. the game would finish in a 4-1 loss on SUnday on the road.
It was a tough 3 game stretch for the team, and they played well overall. Some solid tending by Tyson, and Jacob, over the 3 game stretch.
