TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

 

Once teams are informed of their acceptance into the tournament the following applies:

1.      It would be appreciated if you would supply your team’s official electronic register duly signed by your Association’s registrar by November 30 2010.  You may bring it with you prior to the game but unless this roster is received, your team will not be permitted to play.  Bringing the roster to the first game may result in your playing in one arena and having to bring your roster to another arena where the Command Center is.  It is suggested to mail or fax the roster (or send a PDF) to the Tournament Chair. 

 

2.      The Player Roster form on the web site is not to be confused with the electronic roster.  The Player Roster Form is solely for listing the team and their players in the Tournament Program.  The Player Roster form should be filled out by November 20, 2010 in order to ensure your team’s roster will be included in the Program.

 

3.     Stickers for Game Sheets.  You may mail in the game sheet stickers (to the address on the web site) at any time prior to December 1, 2010.  Please ensure your coach’s certification numbers are listed.  Please list the Captain and all Assistant’s as well.  Adjustments can always be made prior to game time

 

4.     If your team is not in the OMHA a travel permit will be required and due by November 30, 2010.

 

5.     Registration will take place at least one hour before game time at the Cataraqui Center.  All Teams must register prior to the first game with the following requirements:

 

·      The Manager or Head Coach MUST be present.  Players do not need to be present

·      A Copy of your travel permit (if required)

·      Regular and Affiliated Player Cards, CHA or Hockey USA Cards and Numbers
