13 Hours on the Bus for 2 Points
Mother Nature played her role this weekend in Peewee ETA action as the 04’s spent 7 hrs on the bus Saturday travelling to and from Clarington only to miss the window for game time.

It was a long day no doubt but there was no time to dwell on that as they were right back on the bus Sunday morning headed to York-Simcoe for a date with the Express. The sixteen day layoff was evident as boys only mustered up 3 shots in the first period and trailed 1-0 to the home squad. Fortunately the boys improved as the game went along leading to an early third period goal by Boden White that tied the contest. Blake Aylesworth scored from Jacob McLellan with 2 minutes left in the game that helped squeak out the 2-1 victory and the much needed 2 points. Brady Spry held the fort between the pipes for the W. The boys next action is at home this weekend for the annual GK Limestone City Cup where the Fronts are in action Friday to Sunday in Kingston and Napanee……….Please remember to use caution in bad winter weather as you can see by the attached video of the accident that stranded the boys on the 401 Saturday.
