GK'04 Cracks Round of 16 at Marlies Tournament
Your GK Bantam AAA Team made it to the round of 16 at the Holiday Classic Tournament in Toronto this past weekend. After dropping a close first game to the Toronto Nationals, the Team rebounded in the rest of the Round Robin with a tie vs Chicago Young Americans and hard-fought victories vs Ottawa Myers and Burlington Eagles. In the round of 16, GK met their tournament Arch Rivals - the Eastern Ontario Wild. The team led 1-0 going into the third but couldn't withstand a late-game surge and wound up on the wrong end of a 5-2 score.
The Fronts kick off the New Year on 5 Jan with a Home Game vs Central Ontario.
