Transportation Survey
Submitted By Webmaster on Tuesday, January 30, 2018
Dear Members, Over the past year the discussion of what to do with busing to games has increased.  The Board values and needs your opinion on this topic.  We wish to make an informed decision, based on your input, before we consider any possible changes to our busing policy.

The questions presented will provide the Board with the quality feedback from our members to conclude our 2018 Bus Policy Review. We kindly request you complete this survey on the basis of one survey per GK family.  If your family has more than one GK player and feel the busing needs are different per player, please complete a second survey.

CURRENT GKHA BUS POLICY
Currently GKHA requires that buses must be taken by all teams for the entire season except for:
    Games to Quinte
    Tournaments
Team approved stay overs (ie back to back weekend road games) Registration fees are structured to include     the cost of all the REGULAR season buses of each GKHA player.

Playoff buses are an additional expense and each Team is responsible to cover this cost on an incurred basis.

To complete the survey please click on the link here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MDJ7ZRY

The survey will close on February 28th, 2018.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey.
