32. d (2) above changes to as follows, effective of April 11, 2019:
The player must be deemed by the Director of Hockey Operations and the Director of Hockey Development and the Head Coach of the team that they represent and an independent evaluator selected by the Board, as the Top Forward OR Top Defenceman OR the Top Goalie at the upper age group they are attempting fulfil a position on.
The additional paragraph below, labelled 32. (g) is effective as of April 11, 2019:
(g) For the Minor Atom age group, GKHA will allow a maximum of 2 Novice aged players to be rostered on the Minor Atom team.
The following below is added to the Policies, Rules and Regulations Manual via a motion passed at the April 11, 2019 Board Meeting.

Non-resident Players
On the topic of non-resident players in the Novice, Minor Atom, Atom, Minor Peewee and Peewee divisions of the GKHA, each team is allowed to roster up to TWO (2) non-resident players. With the approval of the board, cases can be considered to allow additional non-resident players to be rostered for teams in these five (5) age groups.
For the Minor Bantam, Bantam and Minor Midget divisions in the GKHA, each team is allowed to roster up to FOUR (4) non-resident players. Teams within these three divisions can roster additional non-resident above the limit of FOUR (4) with the approval of the board.
