Greater Kingston Hockey Association Notice of AGM

Date: November 26, 2019

Location: Cataraqui Community Centre
              1030 Sunnyside Road (upstairs)

Registration: 6:00pm

Meeting Start Time: 6:30pm

The Annual General Meeting of the Members shall be held each year, at a time, place and day determined by the Board, for the transaction of at least the following business, to be set out in the agenda:

Pre-Meeting 

1. Welcome and Call to Order
2. Confirm quorum for the meeting
3. Approval of the minutes of the previous General Meeting of the Membership
4. Receive Board Member Reports:
(a) President
(b) Vice President
(c) Treasurer
(d) Administration
(e) Operations
(f) Development
(g) Risk Management
(h) Fundraising
(i) Tournament Director
(j) Public Relations
5. Address motion to accept GKHA operating Budget for 2019/2020
6. Address motions which relate to the GKHA Bylaws and Policies
7. Adjournment
