Queen's Strength and Conditioning Hockey Speed School, News (Greater Kingston AAA Hockey)

Queen's University are excited to announce that they are bringing this program for another summer.

Here are some details for this year’s program:

 

1. July 7- August 13^th
2. Tuesday and Thursdays in our High Performance Centre from 4:15-5:30pm
3. Hockey shooting room 1x per week for 30 minutes pre/post HPC session, with a varsity athlete coach (6 sessions per athlete)
4. 5x at Invista in the mornings on Fridays (possibly a Saturday but still confirming times and will let you know asap)
