GK Members On-Line Special Meeting

Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, (ONCA) is a legal framework for not-for-profit corporations in Ontario that came into effect on October 19, 2021, and replaced previous legislation. It provides updated rules and a legal framework for organizations incorporated under Ontario provincial law, and they have since transitioned their governing documents and operations to comply with its provisions. GK has been very busy over the last year submitting documentation and updating records to make sure we are in full compliance.
These new regulations and this vote could have significant financial implications which could impact registration fees. We must have a proper quorum in order to vote on this issue. We are asking that every Manager be present on this Teams meeting, as well as 5 attendees per team. (1 player in GK = 1 parent can vote. 2 players in GK = 2 parents can vote).
