| Bio:
Reid has lived in the Kingston area his entire life. He played AAA U11 through to U18, and went on to play three years of Junior Hockey.
He is currently the Assistant Coach of the U14 AAA team.
His coaching philosophy revolves around the principles of hard work, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Reid has a strong believe in creating a positive and inclusive environment where players are
encouraged to challenge themselves, learn from mistakes, and develop both their technical
skills and physical health. As well, a believe in strong communication and trust within the team, as hockey is a sport that thrives on collaboration. Reid has a solid believe in developing well-rounded athletes
who are not only skilled on the ice but also disciplined, respectful, and responsible off the ice.
Ultimately, his goal is to instill a lifelong passion for the game while preparing players for success in both hockey and life.
