Hutcheson To Play in OMHA AAA All-Star Game
Following the East-West Midget All Star game at the ETA Showcase
on December 4th in Aurora, the 2016-2017 ETA Midget All Star
team was selected. We are pleased to announce that Kingston’s own Junior
Frontenacs’ forward Nolan Hutcheson has been chosen as part of this impressive
line up to represent the ETA at the OMHA AAA Midget All Star game!
Nolan was Sudbury Wolves’ fourth-round choice and 80th overall in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection. At 6’3”, 190 lbs, Nolan is a presence on or off his skates. He is a hard working physical forward, unafraid to go into the corner, which makes him a dominant offensive force. Midget Coach Dean Tripp describes him as a “solid, hard-working young man and a great teammate with a positive outlook and a pro attitude.”
Nolan credits his parents for helping him get better at every part of his game and not take anything for granted.
“I love how you can push yourself to the limit,” says Hutcheson.
We’re hoping to see some of that grit and determination this Saturday, January 28th at 1:00 pm at the Seymour Hannah Rec Complex in St. Catharines as part of the SCTA’s Showcase event.
Congrats Nolan!
