OMHA SURVEY
Please take a moment to read the following:

Recently you as an OMHA Member, may have received an email with a survey asking you questions about spring/fall tryouts. It also had this as it's #3 question.
If you have already filled out this survey, thank you for doing so, it will help the OMHA make some decisions in the future.
If you HAVE NOT, we would like you to truly think about what #3 is asking you and answer thoughtfully. 
Consider many things, including travel.
