We are looking for you to nominate this year's Volunteer of the Year.

NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THURSDAY MARCH 13TH

This award is presented to the Volunteer of the year for their exemplary service to the GKHA organization.
This award reflects their achievements towards the betterment of the Association and minor hockey. Recipients of this award are selected for outstanding leadership within the association, commitment to the organization and overall involvement to minor hockey as a whole. The volunteer of the year may include and an assistant coach, a trainer, a manager, a volunteer parent, or a member of the executive.

ELIGIBILITY

· Must be a serving member in good standing within the association
