Fronts Milk a Couple More Points from COW
This past Saturday, the
Central Ontario Wolves were in town to take on the 04 Frontenacs at the
Invista. With a very important two points at stake, the home town Fronts came
out firing and grabbed a two goal lead by the end of the first period.
Some solid penalty kills and shut out goaltending allowed the locals to ride that two goal lead right to the end before adding an empty netter to take the contest 3-0. The Minor Bantams are back in action next weekend with three games in four days by first traveling Saturday to Whitby to take on the Wildcats before returning home Sunday to host the Richmond Hill Coyotes (2pm at Invista) and then back on the road Tuesday in Clarington to take on the Toros.
